About the purchase.

?What exactly do I get?↗
A shell script (~12 KB) that fetches and imports curated VM images straight into Proxmox VE. Plus access to all 22 templates in the library, plus any new templates released during your access window.
?How is delivery handled?↗
After payment, you receive an email within seconds containing your unique script download URL. The script is hosted securely and tied to your licence and is available in your Client Portal
?Is this a subscription that auto-renews?↗
No. This is a one-time payment for a fixed access window. There are no recurring charges. When your window expires, you keep what you have downloaded — you just won't receive new updates.
?What if I extend mid-window?↗
Email us at support@hsve.cc and we will prorate the extension from your current expiry date, not from today.

No refunds are processed for the HSVE Templates Script, you need to ensure to read our terms and conditions to learn more.
?Do I need a licence for Windows / macOS images?↗
Windows images require your own licence key. macOS images are only for use on Apple-licenced hardware (or within the terms of Apple's EULA for virtualisation). We do not provide OS licences.
?Is this for personal or business use?↗
Both. The standard (6-month) licence covers personal and small-team use on unlimited Proxmox nodes you own. The extended (12-month) licence additionally covers commercial lab environments.
